- Data capture : Web-based Electronic Data Capture prototype for Hepatitis B data capture
- Data integration : Transformation of data electronic archives into database format
- Standards : Support Health Level 7 (2.x) and XML for data interchange
- Search : Query interface for retrieving patient and laboratory data
- Analysis : Support development of basic statistical analysis modules
